Terms and conditions for craft items for sale:
1) P&P will be calculated when we know which items you would like to order, we will package the items and post via our village Post Office. If you are able to collect from Tinhay Retreats that will save P&P costs.
2) If you wish to return any items, (you) the customer will be responsible for the cost of return P&P.
3) Payment will be required via bank transfer before we confirm that items have been dispatched.
4) Refunds will only be available if the item supplied is faulty, P&P is not refundable.
